BEESSOUND DISCO
Meet Your DJ
I started playing music right from the age of 14 with a guy that DJ'd childrens disco's. I set up Beessound Disco and started playing music professionally back in the 1980's and quickly earned a name for myself in and around the town of Glossop in Derbyshire. Interested in music at a young age and influenced by genres including 60's, 70's, the brilliant 80's and dance music. Beessound Disco developed it's unique style by playing what the customer wants and not what the DJ wants.
My passion is music and when I see so many people enjoying my music, It gives me the energy to give even more.
Give me a call and we'll have a chat.

YOUR WEDDING
Mr & Mrs Drury
After their original booking way back in 2019, Lisa & Mike finally had their chance to tie the knot. On Saturday 18th September 2021 their moment arrived. Their reception was held at the Best Western Plus Leewood Hotel in Buxton with a restricted guest party due to Covid 19 but that didn't stop them from having a great night to celebrate their wedding.Â
A lovely couple and we wish them both a very happy life together.
Dave & Net
After talking in great depth and finalising the fine details for David & Annette's Golden Wedding Anniversary at the Best Western Plus Leewood Hotel, Buxton. e were able to give Dave & Net what they wished for. A party to remember bringing guests of a varying age from all over the country to celebrate their fantastic milestone and to celebrate another fantastic milestone, a 100th Birthday for Net's father Les Richer which is something that you can shout loud from the rooftops about. Such a lovely couple and a pleasure to have met them and their family. Enjoy making even more memories.

SO HAPPY
August 2006
RETRO 80'S BEESSOUND @ THE GEORGE HOTEL GLOSSOP.
It was awesome working the decks with all of the lighting running at the same time as hot boddies dancing away in front of you. It was never a cold night out. So many boxes to carry with the collection of 7 & 12" records. I must admit that it kept me fit.
THOSE VINYL DAYS WERE THE BEST
Back in the 80's when it was Vinyl 7" & 12" mixes of the songs that everyone wanted to dance to played on the industry proffessional Technics SL1200 Turntables that were so heavy to carry. I had to pick the deck up if the floor was very bouncy from the dancers so the records didn't skip. Those were the days.
